About this role

1mind is seeking a Prompting and Context Engineer to design and optimize LLM prompts and agentic workflows for conversational AI agents. You'll architect specialized subagents, define routing logic, and become the company expert in prompt engineering and dialogue platform optimization for their autonomous customer experience platform.

What you'll do

  • Design subagent architecture for customer conversations including Q&A, discovery, objection handling, and compliance
  • Build routing and delegation systems to determine when to invoke subagents, escalate to humans, or decline unsafe actions
  • Define contracts between conversational agents and subagents including inputs, outputs, confidence levels, and failure handling
  • Master the dialogue platform, answer questions, and train teammates on prompting techniques
  • Create prototypes and test complex prompting workflows using RAG and fine-tuning approaches
  • Develop multi-media prompting strategies for text, images, video, and other content types
