What you'll do

  • Design and implement gameplay systems and features including player verbs, camera, and weapon mechanics
  • Collaborate with design and art teams to translate creative concepts into functional gameplay
  • Adapt existing Unreal Engine 5 systems and build new technology to meet project requirements
  • Identify and solve technical risks and developmental obstacles
  • Partner with animation and audio teams to integrate all gameplay elements
  • Stay current on industry technological advancements and best practices
