IT Operations Engineer

About this role

3Commas.io seeks an IT Operations Engineer to manage internal systems and support for a global crypto trading SaaS company. You'll handle user access, device lifecycle management, internal application administration, and technical support while maintaining security and building automations for operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Administer identity and access platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, JumpCloud) and internal applications
• Manage employee device lifecycle including procurement, deployment, MDM policies, and returns across global locations
• Build automations and workflows for routine IT processes and cross-team needs
• Provide technical support to remote and office users, diagnosing device and service issues
• Conduct monthly audits on Shadow IT, installed applications, and access controls
• Support office infrastructure including network, printers, and video conferencing equipment

What they're looking for

• IT support and user technical assistance
• Identity platform administration (Okta, JumpCloud preferred)
• Mobile device management (MDM) and Apple environment experience
• Google Workspace or similar cloud workspace administration
• Ticketing system management (Jira experience valued)
• Automation tools and scripting
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Basic security and access control knowledge
