3Pillar seeks an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead backlog management on complex, multi-team AI transformation projects. You'll operate autonomously, bridge stakeholder needs, and drive delivery excellence across engagements with enterprise clients in financial services, healthcare, and technology.

What you'll do

• Own and groom backlogs for complex, multi-team client engagements
• Translate requirements from both 3Pillar and client product leadership
• Make defensible decisions when requirements are ambiguous or PM availability is limited
• Maintain delivery rhythm and ensure stories meet team quality standards
• Manage client relationships with focus on execution quality
• Mentor and raise standards for other product owners on engagements
