About this role
42dot seeks an Automotive Cybersecurity Compliance Engineer to design, build, and optimize security processes based on UN R155 and ISO/SAE 21434 standards across the vehicle development lifecycle. The role involves establishing cybersecurity governance, managing threat assessments, and driving continuous improvement in automotive security practices for software-defined vehicles and connected services.
What you'll do
- Establish enterprise-wide vehicle cybersecurity policies and governance frameworks
- Build and operate CSMS (Cyber Security Management System) processes based on UN R155 and ISO/SAE 21434 standards
- Conduct threat analysis and risk assessment (TARA) to identify cybersecurity requirements
- Define and monitor cybersecurity KPIs including process compliance and vulnerability response metrics
- Drive continuous improvement of security processes aligned with organizational culture
- Support security gate operations throughout the development lifecycle
