About this role
42dot, a mobility AI company under Hyundai Motor Group, seeks a Data Engineer to develop and maintain data pipelines that extract insights from vehicle and user data. You'll work on data quality validation, schema management, and monitoring systems to enhance user experiences through a continuous data loop.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain data collection and processing pipelines
- Manage data schemas and operate data catalogs
- Implement data quality validation and automate anomaly detection
- Create dashboards and manage pipeline monitoring metrics
- Implement and test data ingestion logic
What they're looking for
- Python or JVM languages (Java, Scala, Kotlin)
- SQL and database experience
- Git-based collaboration and code review
- Apache Spark or Databricks
- OLAP databases (ClickHouse)
- Messaging systems (Kafka, AWS Kinesis/SQS)
- Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
- Docker/Kubernetes
