Quality Assurance Engineer (Autonomous Vehicle)

About this role

This role involves comprehensive verification and validation of autonomous vehicle functions including driving, parking, and safety systems through real-world testing and simulation-based environments. The QA Engineer will develop test strategies aligned with development milestones, create test cases, evaluate system performance, analyze defects, and ensure production-ready quality and reliability.

What you'll do

• Conduct real vehicle and SIL testing for autonomous driving, parking, and safety functions
• Develop test strategies and verification plans based on development milestones
• Analyze system/functional requirements and derive verification items
• Create test scenarios, test cases, and compliance criteria
• Perform functional and performance evaluations across multiple test environments
• Analyze results, reproduce defects, track root causes, and drive quality improvements

What they're looking for

• Autonomous vehicle or ADAS verification and validation
• Real vehicle and SIL/simulation testing experience
• Requirements-based test design and test case development
• V-Model verification methodology and automotive development processes
• Vehicle sensor data interpretation (camera, radar, ultrasonic)
• Test automation and data analysis (Python preferred)
• dSPACE, Vector, or similar evaluation tools
• Issue tracking and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
