Quality Assurance Engineer (HIL Farm)

About this role

Establish and operate HIL/SIL/MIL test environments and HIL Farm infrastructure to ensure quality and stability of SDV-based vehicle software. Integrate vehicle software verification with CI/CD pipelines for continuous regression testing, implement test automation, and employ shift-left quality management to detect defects early and improve overall software consistency.

What you'll do

• Develop verification plans based on new SDV architecture designs and operational requirements
• Design test cases, test environments, and conditions for integrated software verification
• Execute verification activities to meet quality milestones and release gates
• Develop and apply automation tools to streamline integrated verification processes
• Analyze verification results, document findings, and create dashboards for visualization
• Define and improve processes and procedures to enhance verification efficiency and accuracy

What they're looking for

• Vehicle software verification and test automation (5+ years)
• HIL Farm operation and parallel testing environment management
• HIL Farm automation including test scheduling and resource allocation
• Vehicle network protocols (CAN/LIN/Ethernet) and ECU architecture
• Test tools: Vector CANoe/CANalyzer, dSPACE, or NI
• Python or C/C++ programming
• CI/CD pipeline integration
• MATLAB/Simulink modeling and MIL/SIL testing
