Quality Assurance Engineer (Power Management)

About this role

Conduct integrated quality assurance testing for vehicle power management software (PMS/BMS) in software-defined vehicle environments, verifying PowerNet and CAN/LIN communication stability. Evaluate system functionality, performance, and fail-safe behaviors through test benches and real-world validation to ensure SDV power system reliability.

What you'll do

• Develop verification plans for integrated software based on new zonal architecture designs
• Design test cases, test environments, and conditions from an integrated verification perspective
• Execute verification testing at key milestones and quality gates, including test bench and real-vehicle validation
• Develop and implement automation tools to enhance integration verification efficiency
• Document and analyze verification results, creating dashboards for visualization
• Define and improve processes to increase accuracy and efficiency of integrated software verification

• PMS (Power Management System) evaluation and testing (5+ years)
• BMS (Battery Management System) knowledge
• PowerNet (48V/12V) and CAN/LIN communication protocols
• Automotive log data analysis and fail-safe experience
• Agile and CI/CD environment testing
• Test automation and tooling
• Problem analysis and documentation
• Adaptability to emerging technologies
