Security Engineer (차량 네트워크)

About this role

Design and implement secure communication systems for vehicle networks in the 42dot SDV environment, protecting both internal and external networks. Develop MACsec for Ethernet segments, WireGuard-based VPN for vehicle-cloud communication, and Secure CAN authentication to ensure reliability across the entire vehicle network infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Develop and integrate MACsec (IEEE 802.1AE) functionality for protecting in-vehicle Ethernet segments
• Implement WireGuard-based VPN tunnels and operational logic for vehicle-cloud connectivity
• Design Secure CAN communication with authentication and integrity protection features
• Implement key management for MACsec (MKA), WireGuard key exchange, and Secure CAN authentication
• Verify and conduct integration testing for network boundary security between internal (Ethernet/CAN) and external (WAN) systems during OTA/Telematics operations
• Analyze performance impacts of encryption implementation and establish production-ready security architecture
