About this role
66degrees seeks a Security Identity Engineer to implement and maintain the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform, focusing on automation, integration, and customization of identity services. This is a 6-month contract role supporting IAM operations, connector development, and secure identity lifecycle management.
What you'll do
- Support and maintain IAM and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud operations
- Develop connectors, APIs, and automate identity lifecycle workflows using SailPoint
- Monitor identity systems, respond to security incidents, and maintain system availability
- Configure governance, certification campaigns, access controls, and JML workflows
- Manage Active Directory and MS Entra ID integration and user access provisioning
- Create technical documentation and drive continuous improvements

- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (3+ years hands-on experience)
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and practices
- PowerShell, Python, shell scripting, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs
- Active Directory, MS Entra ID, and Okta administration
- SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and multi-factor authentication protocols
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Office 365 services
- Security standards and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SOC2, PCI, SOX)
- Custom connector and adapter development
