Production RF Test Engineer

About this role

Metrea is seeking a Production RF Test Engineer to support the manufacturing team by ensuring RF communication products meet performance and quality standards. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and validating electronic assemblies, along with documenting results and collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with RF systems and a meticulous approach to problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Perform functional, RF, and environmental testing of circuit boards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose failures at various levels (component, board, system).
• Utilize RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc.).
• Document test results, failures, and corrective actions.
• Maintain test equipment calibration and train colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and handling procedures
