Software Engineer, New Grad

About this role

Thorin, a seed-stage AI company, seeks a new graduate software engineer to help build AI agents that automate work across business tools. You'll work across the full stack on product features, collaborate directly with founders, and learn in a high-ownership startup environment.

What you'll do

• Build and ship product features from conception to production
• Develop across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and AI systems
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and founders on rapid iteration
• Engage directly with customers to understand product impact
• Contribute to scaling software infrastructure in an early-stage startup
• Learn and adapt quickly in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment

What they're looking for

• Strong programming fundamentals in a modern language
• Full-stack development (frontend and backend)
• Product thinking and focus on user experience
• Ability to learn quickly and work in ambiguity
• AI/ML application familiarity (nice to have)
• Backend systems and APIs (nice to have)
• Cloud infrastructure experience (nice to have)
