Expert Power BI Developer

About this role

9th Way Insignia seeks an Expert Power BI Developer to support a government customer in Washington, DC, designing and maintaining enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. This senior-level Engineer 3 role involves full-stack reporting development from data integration through visualization, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models for enterprise reporting and analytics
• Support full-stack reporting solutions including data integration, transformation, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with ETL developers, data analysts, and government stakeholders to translate business requirements into reporting capabilities
• Contribute to technical planning, ROM estimation, task breakdowns, and risk identification
• On-site presence in Washington, DC during normal business hours
• Mentor and guide junior team members on complex reporting challenges
