Salesforce Developer

About this role

Abby Care seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to architect and lead their CRM ecosystem, integrating Salesforce with their broader tech stack while implementing AI-driven automation and establishing it as a single source of truth for enterprise operations.

What you'll do

• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and advanced queries
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using iPaaS tools like Workato and Zapier
• Build AI-powered workflows and agentic automation to streamline onboarding and document processes
• Architect scalable systems to support state launches and prevent technical debt
• Optimize licensing costs and vendor usage across Salesforce, Dialpad, and PandaDocs
• Act as technical lead overseeing compliance and platform strategy

• Apex programming (Triggers, Classes, Batch jobs)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• iPaaS platforms (Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft, Boomi)
• REST/JSON API integration
• SOQL/SOSL
• AI and agentic workflow implementation
• Enterprise software architecture
• Java or similar enterprise languages
