What you'll do
- Operate heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment
- Maintain and monitor refrigeration and ice machines
- Manage motors, pumps, compressors, and combustion engines
- Perform routine maintenance on assigned building systems
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting and repairs
- Ensure optimal facility climate control and mechanical performance
