Building Engineer

About this role

A Building Engineer maintains facility infrastructure and equipment under supervision of engineering leadership, ensuring safe operations and compliance with company standards and site-specific procedures.

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and related equipment
• Install and maintain fixed and portable equipment
• Implement and document site safety plans
• Ensure compliance with ABM Engineering Services standards and guidelines
• Maintain safe working environment for facility occupants
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures
