What you'll do
- Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Perform hard surface maintenance and repair throughout the facility
- Complete basic carpentry and metal work as needed
- Respond to customer requests and work orders
- Submit and close work orders in the system
- Support facility leadership with daily building operations
