Journeyman Building Engineer

About this role

ABM is hiring a Journeyman Building Engineer in San Jose to maintain and operate all building systems including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical equipment. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, performing repairs, and supporting facility leadership in daily operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair HVAC, mechanical, and electrical building systems
• Perform hard surface maintenance and repair work
• Conduct basic carpentry and metal work
• Respond to customer maintenance requests and work orders
• Submit and close work orders as necessary
• Support designated leadership with building operations
