Implementation Engineer

About this role

Abridge seeks an Implementation Engineer to serve as the technical foundation for post-sales success, managing deployments and integrations with healthcare partners. You'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, monitor system health, and bridge communication between customers and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless product adoption.

What you'll do

• Own post-sales technical execution of product deployments and ensure partner growth goals are met
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across APIs, authentication, networking, EHR configuration, and data inconsistencies
• Proactively monitor integration and product health metrics to identify risks and optimization opportunities
• Act as technical liaison between partners and internal teams (Integration Engineering, Partner Success, Implementation)
• Develop and maintain deployment playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and integration best practices
• Partner with engineering to build tooling and frameworks for integration health observability
