Product Support Engineer - Hadoop

Acceldata, a Series-C data observability platform company, seeks a Product Support Engineer specializing in Hadoop to help enterprise customers ensure data reliability and quality. You'll provide technical support for our SaaS solution used by leading global organizations across AI, analytics, and data operations.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support to enterprise customers using Hadoop environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve data observability platform issues
• Document and escalate complex technical problems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer issues
• Help customers integrate the platform with their data infrastructure
• Maintain knowledge base and support documentation
