AI Ops Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks an AI Ops Engineer to support AI infrastructure and operations for US federal government clients. You'll manage MCP ecosystems, develop and test AI skills, handle AWS knowledge bases, and provide technical support while learning cutting-edge AI practices in a collaborative government technology environment.

What you'll do

• Test and configure MCP servers, maintain documentation, and troubleshoot connection issues
• Develop and test AI skills for client workflows; maintain skills library and documentation
• Run retrieval quality tests for AWS Knowledge Bases and RAG systems; document metrics
• Conduct security reviews, follow vetting processes, and maintain audit trails for governance
• Provide first-line debugging and technical support for MCP, skills, and agent systems
• Support training, demos, and platform evaluations; collect adoption metrics
