Atlassian Platform Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Senior Enterprise Atlassian Engineer to administer and scale Jira, Confluence, and related platforms for a national security mission in Washington, DC. This hands-on role requires managing enterprise collaboration tools, ensuring compliance, and supporting federal IT operations in a secure, multi-enclave environment.

What you'll do

• Administer and scale Jira, Confluence, JSM, and Crowd for enterprise operations
• Triage and resolve support tickets ranging from access requests to configuration changes
• Design and optimize workflows, fields, dashboards, reports, and permission models
• Manage marketplace app installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance
• Oversee platform operations including upgrades, patches, deployments, backups, and monitoring
• Support compliance requirements such as ATO documentation, audits, and configuration baselines
