About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Cloud Platform Engineer to manage AWS government cloud infrastructure supporting a self-hosted ServiceNow implementation in Northern Virginia. The role involves performing system upgrades, patches, and maintaining platform stability across ServiceNow application servers, databases, and related infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Perform OS and ServiceNow upgrades and patches to maintain platform stability
• Manage all system resources in AWS government cloud environment
• Administer ServiceNow application servers and MID servers
• Oversee application load balancers and database infrastructure
• Maintain external system connections and integrations
• Support self-hosted ServiceNow implementation operations

• AWS government cloud platform experience
• ServiceNow platform administration
• Linux and/or Windows Server administration
• Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
• System upgrade and patch management
• Cloud infrastructure management
• ServiceNow certification (bonus)
