Cloud Platform Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Cloud Platform Engineer to design and maintain cloud infrastructure in a hybrid government environment. You'll collaborate with teams to resolve cloud integration issues, develop reference architectures, and provide technical support while growing expertise in cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

What you'll do

• Design cloud solutions collaboratively with leads and product owners to meet customer requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-to-platform integration issues for PaaS and IaaS services
• Develop cloud reference architectures and optimize user experience through end-user collaboration
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and security; diagnose and resolve incidents
• Provision, configure, and deploy cloud-based systems under senior engineer guidance
• Support cloud infrastructure maintenance, updates, and respond to technical support tickets
