Cloud Platform Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Cloud Platform Engineer to design and maintain DevSecOps infrastructure supporting federal government clients. You'll build automated deployment pipelines, manage containerized environments, and ensure security compliance across hybrid cloud platforms while empowering development teams.

What you'll do

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, GitLab, and ArgoCD across hybrid cloud environments
• Develop infrastructure-as-code automation with Terraform and Ansible for cloud resource management
• Integrate security and compliance controls including encryption and access management per DISA STIGs
• Support containerized deployments using Docker, Podman, Helm, and Kustomize for development teams
• Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement backup/disaster recovery procedures
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into software delivery lifecycles
