Cloud Platform Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Cloud Platform Engineer to support cloud infrastructure implementation, operations, and maintenance for federal clients in the Fort Meade, MD area. You'll manage cloud systems, troubleshoot issues, optimize resources, and collaborate with support teams on deployment and capacity planning.

What you'll do

• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud systems and environments
• Monitor cloud operations and resolve issues for client/server/storage/network devices
• Manage workloads, patches, active directory, and user onboarding
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and perform capacity analysis
• Provide detailed analysis on escalated tickets to management
• Support multi-level classified application deployments
