Data Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Data Engineer to design and build distributed data processing pipelines supporting operational AI adoption for federal government clients. You'll develop streaming architectures, implement enterprise data layers, and ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with DevSecOps best practices in a modern Hub-and-Spoke architecture.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain distributed data processing pipelines for operational AI systems
• Develop streaming architectures for real-time and batch data ingestion and transformation
• Implement enterprise Data Layer with data lineage and metadata management
• Create AI-ready data pipelines enabling multi-source data fusion and analytics
• Integrate technologies like Spark, Kafka, Trino, ClickHouse, Iceberg, and OpenSearch
• Ensure security, scalability, and DevSecOps alignment with continuous monitoring and observability
