About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Microsoft 365 Records & Automation Engineer to implement enterprise records management and modernize data governance in a federal environment. The role combines Microsoft Purview configuration, automation scripting, and SharePoint administration to support compliance, data migration, and workflow automation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Deploy and configure Microsoft Purview Records Management policies, retention labels, and trainable classifiers
• Develop Python and PowerShell automation scripts for metadata extraction, data normalization, and migration preparation
• Manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and permissions for compliant records storage
• Support Power Automate workflow automation and form configuration
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to enable automated records classification
• Collaborate with records management stakeholders and troubleshoot M365 compliance workflows
