About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks an IGA Engineer to design and implement identity and access management solutions for the federal government. You'll develop workflows, configure role-based access controls, and integrate IAM platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ with enterprise systems using Java and REST APIs.

What you'll do

  • Design and customize IAM/IGA solutions for enterprise access governance
  • Develop access request and lifecycle workflows (joiner/mover/leaver processes)
  • Configure RBAC models and entitlement structures
  • Integrate IAM/IGA tools with enterprise systems using REST APIs
  • Implement and support SailPoint IdentityIQ customizations
  • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams in Agile environment
