Junior Systems Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Junior Systems Engineer to support federal clients in the Ft. Meade, MD area. You'll work with PeopleSoft systems, gathering business requirements, configuring modules, conducting testing, and providing user support while managing system documentation and data analysis tasks.

What you'll do

• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders and end-users
• Configure, setup, and maintain PeopleSoft modules to meet business needs
• Participate in testing lifecycle including test plan creation and UAT coordination
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with technical teams on resolutions
• Develop functional design documents, process diagrams, and training materials
• Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL and PeopleSoft Query Manager
