M365 Migration Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks an M365 Migration Engineer to support the planning, execution, and management of Microsoft 365 tenant migrations in a federal environment. You'll handle pre-migration assessments, configure core M365 services, ensure compliance, and troubleshoot migration issues while maintaining security and service continuity.

What you'll do

• Plan, manage, and execute M365 tenant migrations with pre-migration assessments and validation
• Configure and administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related technical issues with cross-functional teams
• Ensure all migrations comply with federal security and compliance requirements
• Document migration plans, configurations, and post-migration states
• Monitor service health and migration progress to maintain uninterrupted operations

• Microsoft 365 administration and migration (3-5 years)
• PowerShell scripting and automation
