MS Dynamics Developer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, customize, and support enterprise solutions for federal clients. You'll work with business stakeholders to build scalable integrations, manage deployments, and ensure compliance across the platform.

What you'll do

• Design and develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Configure Dynamics modules including entities, forms, views, and business rules to meet requirements
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and tools like Azure Logic Apps
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications with stakeholders
• Conduct testing, support UAT, and manage deployment of solutions and updates
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Dynamics 365 systems
