MS Dynamics Developer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to design, customize, and deploy enterprise solutions on Dynamics 365 for federal government clients. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical implementations while ensuring compliance and security standards.

What you'll do

• Design and develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Configure Dynamics modules including entities, forms, views, business rules, and automated processes
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders
• Conduct testing, support UAT, and manage deployment of solutions and updates
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning for Dynamics solutions
