Pega Developer (LSA)

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Pega Developer to configure and implement business process solutions for federal government clients. The role combines hands-on Pega platform configuration with business analysis to design scalable applications, support user testing, and optimize system performance.

What you'll do

• Configure Pega applications including process models, business rules, and user interfaces
• Design functional requirements for marketing campaigns and business workflows
• Analyze and implement business-specific Pega solutions and frameworks
• Support user acceptance testing and business readiness activities
• Perform application performance tuning and improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business and technical alignment

• Pega certification (PCSA or CSSA required)
• Pega configuration (rules, flows, UI, integrations)
