About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Pega Senior System Architect to design and build enterprise Pega applications for federal government clients. You'll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, collaborate across teams, and ensure high-quality deployments while mentoring junior developers.

What you'll do

• Design and configure Pega Platform applications meeting complex business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
• Develop application components including data models, workflows, case structures, and integrations
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on code integration and deployment
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure solutions are performant, scalable, and secure
• Provide mentoring and technical documentation to support team and knowledge transfer

• Pega Platform development and certification (CSSA required)
• Building case types, rules, integrations, and user interfaces
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline tools
• Solution design and business requirements analysis
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting across development lifecycle
• Technical communication with business and technical stakeholders
• Cloud deployments or containerized environments (preferred)
• APIs, databases, and authentication methods (preferred)
