About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a PeopleSoft Application Developer to lead functional and technical activities on a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade project for a U.S. federal utility. The role spans requirements analysis, configuration, customization, and testing across multiple project phases from design through deployment.
What you'll do
- Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules according to functional specifications and design documents
- Develop and modify PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and integration components
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions and contribute to functional and technical design documentation
- Create and execute test scripts to validate configurations and customizations
- Support both functional and technical activities throughout the upgrade lifecycle
- Apply PeopleSoft upgrade tools and methodologies to ensure project success
