Performance & Reliability Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Performance & Reliability Engineer to ensure stability and scalability of complex systems serving the US federal government. You'll automate deployments, manage infrastructure-as-code, implement monitoring solutions, and drive reliability initiatives across diverse environments.

What you'll do

• Design and implement automation solutions and infrastructure-as-code for scalable deployments
• Define, track, and maintain service level objectives (SLOs) and indicators (SLIs) with development and operations teams
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues to maximize system availability and minimize downtime
• Build and enhance observability frameworks for monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis
• Drive performance engineering initiatives to optimize system throughput, latency, and efficiency
• Manage deployment processes and proactively identify reliability risks across the technology stack
