About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of technical capabilities for federal government clients. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and work in an Agile Scrum environment.

What you'll do

• Support Technical Lead and ServiceNow subject matter experts on project delivery
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and document requirements
• Define use cases and develop technical solutions
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and activities
• Support testing and deployment of technical capabilities

• ServiceNow development and administration (3+ years)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Security+ certification
• Agile Scrum methodology
• ITSM experience
