About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced Agile Coach to guide federal technology teams in delivering successful projects using lean and agile methodologies. This role involves facilitating agile practices, coaching teams on continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with contract obligations for defense and national security clients.

What you'll do

• Guide agile teams in applying lean and agile principles to meet delivery and contract goals
• Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies and events that drive team engagement and value
• Coach teams on user story definition, backlog prioritization, estimation, and product management practices
• Establish work visibility through metrics, charts, and reports; identify and help resolve risks and impediments
• Design and deliver agile training across multiple frameworks and disciplines
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve testing, integration, and deployment processes
