ServiceNow Nuvolo Integration Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks an Integration Engineer to manage ServiceNow and Nuvolo platform configurations, CMDB governance, and technical integrations for federal government clients. You'll coordinate configuration changes, maintain CI data across multiple systems, and support release management and DevOps workflows.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow and Nuvolo applications with focus on CMDB governance and environment management
• Manage Change Requests and maintain configuration integrity across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and ServiceNow systems
• Support integration traceability, release management, and Agile/DevOps workflows
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, system partners, and platform teams on technical implementations
• Provide subject matter expertise in technical reviews and customer-facing sessions
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for change control and compliance
