Software Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Software Engineer to design and develop distributed backend services and APIs supporting enterprise AI operations for federal government clients. You'll work on cloud-native microservices, event-driven architectures, and scalable software delivery in a mission-focused environment.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain backend microservices and distributed systems for enterprise AI operations
• Build and optimize APIs and event-driven architectures for scalable data flow
• Develop Kubernetes-native and cloud-native applications for production deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI adoption and DevSecOps integration
• Implement continuous monitoring and scalable software delivery pipelines
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance standards across backend services
