TEVV/ AI Assurance Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks an AI Assurance Engineer to support testing, evaluation, verification, and validation of AI systems for federal government clients. You'll design evaluation frameworks, conduct adversarial testing, and ensure AI systems meet security, reliability, and ethical compliance standards within a Hub-and-Spoke architecture.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain AI evaluation frameworks for model performance and reliability
• Conduct adversarial testing and prompt injection testing to identify AI system vulnerabilities
• Perform regression validation and responsible AI testing for governance compliance
• Build automated evaluation pipelines and continuous validation workflows
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI with DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and platform engineering
• Document testing results and recommend improvements for AI adoption
