About this role
The ACLU seeks a Software Engineer II to support the implementation and maintenance of Blackbaud CRM in a hybrid role across New York, San Francisco, or Washington DC. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the cloud-based CRM system is scalable, secure, and efficient while advancing the organization's mission.
What you'll do
- Provide technical integration, customization, configuration, and maintenance for Blackbaud CRM
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and end users on development and deployment
- Ensure cloud-based application is scalable, secure, and efficient
- Support engagement system customizations and enhancements
- Participate in system design and troubleshooting for enterprise CRM operations
- Contribute to best practices for ethical technology use and security standards
