Chief Building Engineer - Azzurra

About this role

Lead the engineering operations for a luxury high-rise residential community in Marina del Rey as Chief Building Engineer. Manage an on-site team, oversee all building systems, coordinate vendor work, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining 24/7 emergency availability.

What you'll do

• Lead, train, and manage the on-site engineering and maintenance team
• Oversee mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
• Conduct inspections and manage preventive maintenance programs
• Coordinate vendors and contractors with quality control oversight
• Assist with capital improvement projects, RFPs, and bid evaluations
• Respond to emergencies and resident concerns; manage budgets and inventory
