Industrial Maintenance Reliability Engineer

About this role

ATS seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Reliability Engineer to develop and implement reliability strategies that optimize factory performance and equipment uptime. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply advanced diagnostic technologies, conduct failure analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Partner with customers to design engineered solutions that improve equipment reliability and production throughput
• Conduct root cause analysis, failure mode analysis, and fault tree analysis to identify and prevent equipment failures
• Apply predictive and preventive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and machine health monitoring
• Develop and communicate capital expenditure proposals with ROI justification for equipment replacement projects
• Train and mentor maintenance teams on reliability-centered maintenance practices and work execution management
• Align organizational and customer KPIs through reliability strategy sessions and continuous improvement
