Regional Reliability Engineer

About this role

ATS is seeking a Regional Reliability Engineer in Peoria, Illinois to develop and implement industrial maintenance strategies that improve factory performance and equipment reliability. This role involves applying advanced reliability tools, collaborating with customers and internal teams, and mentoring staff on precision maintenance practices and best practices.

What you'll do

• Develop engineered solutions and equipment-specific maintenance plans to improve reliability and throughput
• Perform root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis, and fault tree analysis
• Apply predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance technologies to identify risks before failure
• Identify capital expenditure opportunities for equipment replacement and communicate ROI
• Train and mentor maintenance teams on work execution management, reliability tools, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ATS safety culture standards

• Predictive technology and machine health monitoring
• Vibration analysis (Certification I required)
