What you'll do

• Identify production issues and preventable maintenance spending, communicating findings to leadership
• Develop and deploy engineering solutions using reliability analysis and predictive maintenance techniques
• Drive implementation of equipment improvement projects and new technologies
• Analyze equipment performance data and failure history to optimize maintenance strategies
• Provide technical support and training to operations staff on troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize assets and evaluate failure risks
