About this role
We're seeking an IT Support Engineer at Level 2 to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our IT infrastructure. This role involves resolving complex technical issues, assisting end-users, and maintaining system stability across our organization.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues escalated from Level 1 support
- Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or remote support
- Maintain and monitor IT systems and network infrastructure
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with IT team members on system improvements and updates
- Perform preventative maintenance and system diagnostics
