About this role

We're seeking an IT Support Engineer at Level 2 to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our IT infrastructure. This role involves resolving complex technical issues, assisting end-users, and maintaining system stability across our organization.

What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues escalated from Level 1 support
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or remote support
  • Maintain and monitor IT systems and network infrastructure
  • Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with IT team members on system improvements and updates
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system diagnostics
