AV Production Engineer

About this role

Adyen seeks an AV Production Engineer to manage audio-visual systems and IT infrastructure for their San Francisco office, supporting company events, hybrid meetings, and collaborative spaces. You'll design engaging experiences for in-person and remote participants while maintaining reliable office infrastructure alongside a global team.

What you'll do

• Provide on-site AV support during company events including All Hands meetings and live streaming operations
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain local network, Wi-Fi, AV systems, and conference room equipment
• Partner with external AV vendors on larger events and serve as primary internal liaison
• Evaluate new AV and collaborative technologies, conduct pilot tests, and recommend global adoptions
• Create and maintain system documentation, configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures
• Design hybrid event experiences that unify employees across multiple global offices
